my story

My architecture studio was founded in 1995 in Tokyo. It was born out of a passion to transform space into fun places. In addition to projects for shops, homes and work spaces, I’ve also designed buildings, farms, and community spaces. Every design is informed by the surrounding environment, my clients, and the people that will use the space.
